All chocolate creations are hand decorated, and made with a dedication to flavour as well as visual decadency. In 2015 Obsession Handmade Chocolates started offering another sweet indulgence in

the form of custom luxury celebration and wedding cakes, carrying over the same artistry and dedication to quality as our chocolates and, as always, only using fresh ingredients.

We got the chance to be a part of a wonderful wedding this past weekend for an amazing couple. And give me a naked cake with natural florals any day 🥰
This delicous cake featured tiers of Black Forest cake with addictive kirsch sour cherries and silky chantilly cream and moist carrot cake sandwiching irresistible cream cheese icing.

There are some cakes you just love doing 💛
It also doesn’t hurt that I am also a Leo ♌️
This little cake was done to match the Cancer first birthday cake we did for this little miss’ sister’s a free years ago and now I definitely want to do a whole zodiac line up 🥰
Once again I am reminded how much I love being part of these milestones and what an honour it is. Made up of vanilla cake layers and passion fruit with matching cupcakes this order was a delight from top to tail 🦁

Another sneak peak at what we made over our little break ☺️
These wedding favours were part of the entourage we took with us to Winnipeg for a very special wedding (more on that in our next post😆)
The flavours used were our ever popular salted caramels and lemon cheesecake which we’re happy to say will be part of our year round collection after being such a hit this Easter 🌼

Hello chocolate lovers!!! After a couple of weeks of summer fun we’re back at work restocking and ready to give you a peak a the few things we did while on holiday🥰. First off we have a perfectly pink Pokémon cake for a very special lady’s 4th birthday! Layers of moist chocolate cake sandwiching raspberry buttercream and fresh raspberries made this little cake delicious! There were also matching cupcakes to make sure everyone at this summer party got a treat without things getting too melty ☺️

We’re going on holiday chocolate lovers! We had a wonderful opportunity to help celebrate someone who truly deserves so much thanks after so many years ❤️ For this occasion we made a custom chocolate champagne bottle filled with 10 artisan chocolates along with other Obsession goodies for a truly one of a kind package. A delicious way to enjoy a well earned retirement🥰
