Welcome to Morrison & Co. Preserves, where tradition meets quality in every jar. At Morrison & Co. We are now sharing these products with you.

Based on family recipes handed down from generations before, we craft small-batch jams, pickles, and sauces using locally sourced produce from Ontario & Western Quebec. Preserves, we believe the best recipes are passed down through generations. Our jams, jellies, pickles, and sauces come straight from the kitchens of my grandmother, Aunt Marlene, and mother Gail – women known not only for their pa

ssion for preserving local foods but also for bringing people together through their love of cooking. Inspired by their legacy, I’ve spent over 25 years perfecting these family recipes, ensuring that each batch is handcrafted with care, just like they used to. Using locally farmed produce from Ontario and Western Quebec, our products capture the vibrant flavors of the harvest. Everything we make is made by hand in small-batches, so we can ensure the highest quality, authenticity, and freshness. When you open a jar of Morrison & Co., you're not just tasting preserves, you're savoring a tradition and a deep connection to the land. My name is Scott, and I'm the "& Co" part of the name – the keeper of these treasured recipes. With every jar, I’m proud to share the flavours and history that have helped shaped my family memories. Only a couple of days until our summer pizza and olive oil collaboration event🍕☀️

Morrison & Co. Preserves, Aurelius, and Nonna’s Famous Pizza are coming together for three delicious afternoons featuring custom pizzas made with our preserves, Aurelius olive oils, and Nonna’s Neapolitan-style dough.

Try the Pickle Pizza, made with our Ballpark Dills, Parmesan, mozzarella, and a drizzle of Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar 🥒🍕

We’ll also be serving a special pizza with ricotta, prosciutto, arugula, peach Earl Grey Jam, and a finishing drizzle of Aurelius Harissa EVOO or Basil EVOO 🌿🍑

Introducing our new Strawberry & Spiced Rum Jam 🍓🥃

Made with strawberries from The Phillips Family and Dunrobin Distilleries Spectre Rum, this jam brings together bright berry sweetness and warm, spiced notes. It’s delicious on toast, paired with cheese, served over dessert, or added to the perfect charcuterie board 🧀✨

A collaboration this good just makes sense 🍕 Morrison & Co. Preserves, Aurelius Fine Oils & Balsamics , and Nonna's Famous 🍕 pop up pizza Ottawa are coming together for a one-of-a-kind event that brings bold flavours, local favourites, and great company under one roof.

Join us from 2 PM to 4 PM for a chance to taste two custom pizzas made with the best of all three brands, say hello, and enjoy a fun community event that’s full of flavour.

A special collaboration is coming to all Aurelius locations this August 🍕 Morrison & Co. Preserves, Aurelius, and Nonna’s Famous Pizza are teaming up to create something seriously delicious, featuring two custom pizzas combining the best of all three brands.

On August 11, we’ll be at Aurelius Glebe from 2 PM to 4 PM. On August 12, we’ll be at Aurelius Wellington from 2 PM to 4 PM. On August 13, we’ll be at Aurelius Kanata from 2 PM to 4 PM.

Try our Pickle Pizza, made with Morrison & Co. Ballpark Dills, an olive oil base, Parmesan, mozzarella, and finished with a drizzle of Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar.

Sunday at Heart of Orléans Market from 9 AM to 1 PM

(We will not be at Parkdale Night Market today due to weather conditions)

There’s nothing we love more than being part of these community spaces, sharing our products, and meeting the people who make local shopping so special. We’re so excited to be part of Ottawa Street Markets this year and to connect with the community in such a meaningful way 🌿

Community markets are such an important part of local life. They bring people together, strengthen our local food community, and help shine a light on small businesses and the people behind them.

For us, being part of Beechwood Market every second Saturday and Elgin Street Market most Sundays is about more than just sharing our products. It’s about giving people a chance to discover something new, support local, and find a favourite they may not have come across otherwise 🛍️

We’re bringing something new to the table. 🍓

Our upcoming Strawberry & Spiced Rum jam starts with fresh strawberries from Avonmore Berry Farm and uses Dunrobin’s “Spectre Spiced Rum” for just the right twist.

We’re excited to welcome this new jam into the Morrison & Co. Preserves family, joining our spirit-infused lineup.

We love getting our produce straight from the farm and into the kitchen, using fresh ingredients from Ontario and Quebec to make something authentic, handcrafted, and full of flavour.

Strawberry & Spiced Rum is coming soon. Stay tuned.

A little bittersweet news: we are sold out of our Strawberry & Tequila jam online at at our markets. It may return in the distant future but for now we are saying goodbye. It had a good run, and we’ll miss it too BUT we have good news to share!

What’s the good news? We’ve got something new coming soon, and it’s another fun collaboration with Dunrobin Distilleries

If Strawberry & Tequila has a special place in your heart, you may still be able to find a few jars at some of our retail partners while supplies last, including Dunrobin Distilleries Retail Store in Vankleek Hill. Both il Negozio Nicastro locations in the Glebe and Wellington Village still have some in stock.
