We absolutely loved bringing this pastel balloon wonderland to life, with delicate florals, soft tones, and adorable bird accents that added just the right touch of whimsy. Check my fb this morning to find my bestie posting on my wall and it hit me !!! It’s almost October.. holly f**k it’s been almost 18yrs I’ve been making cake. That’s 18 years of memories and being a part of so many amazing milestones in so many lives. Being there from birthdays to life milestone to pre wedding to weddings to babies to grand babies … It has been quite an adventure for me in so many ways.. Its not quit cake thou, cause there are days I lose my mind, have meltdowns, literally don’t sleep for days and things go wrong.. But I always believe in going beyond for my people and this where your business becomes somthing special. It’s the roadside cake support, the not even my cake fixes, I’ll come to ur house and fix a cake, s**t happens. I’m there to help!
If Uve ordered a cake u know u get the next day “so how was everything”.
But after everything is said and done and the last cake is delivered each weekend I am reminded of why I do what I do and that is for SMILES !!! The messages of happiness, the photos of smiles and the memories I get to help create. It’s crazy to think 18 yrs ago I started this little busienss and today I am an Award Winning Cake Artist!! Who would have ever thought, I was just a girl who had Big Dreams and I got to make them happen. Can we give a min to praise my awesome support system. Cause who are we really without the ppl we have by oursides .. behind every crazy cake person are their best of friends who help with the meltdowns & the chats while working, the hubby who helps motivate and give the extra push when I think I can’t do it .. we also can’t forget my loving mom who really helps when I need her most, she is honestly my biggest supporter!! ❤️
But the people I appreciate the most over the years are my Clients, yall are all the reason I have been able to keep being the “Cake Lady” and I am Extremely Grateful to everyone for that .. As long as I get to keep making cake, I get to keep creating smiles 🥰😍❤️
