📌 Asto Murgir Shahi Roast/ Whole Chicken Ghee Roast.

To me this whole cooking experience was a dive into my beautiful memorylane! A wholesome memory from my childhood is eating whole chicken ghee roast on a big silver platter, surrounded by a generous serving of Polao, Egg Korma, and Kabab. We didn’t use separate plates; we all shared from the same platter. This special meal was even more meaningful when new members joined our family, and they enjoyed it too. After a long time, I decided to recreate those beloved dishes. While I can't bring back those exact memories, I can share these recipes with you all so you can try them and create your own beautiful moments.
