If someone had told me in 2021 that one batch of macarons would eventually lead me to creating an online course, I probably wouldn’t have believed them✨

Back then, I was simply trying to make a dessert that fascinated me.

What I didn’t realize was that macarons would teach me patience, precision, problem-solving, and the confidence to keep going when nothing seemed to work.

Those lessons didn’t stay with macarons—they shaped the baker I’ve become.

And now, after years of learning, testing, failing, and improving, I finally get to share that knowledge with other home bakers 😊

The first Fresh Pasta Experience was such a wonderful evening, and the next one is already this Saturday July 25th, 3pm-6 pm 🍝

I have 2 spots available if you’d like to join us.

We’ll make fresh pasta from scratch, enjoy a homemade meal with freshly baked sourdough focaccia and dessert, and spend a relaxed afternoon together. If the weather cooperates, we’ll be cooking and dining on the patio.
