Life is lived in the sugar shack for the sugar maker. But next year is now on our minds!
As the farm is preparing for planting season we are finding the hustle of spring setting in.
So this Friday, April 17 will be the last day to drop-in for syrup 2:00-6:00 but, we are always happy to arrange a time for you to stop by! Feel free to contact us 🍁
Stay tuned though, we’ve been dreaming of a new infusion 🍁

Clean-up is an important part after Maple Syrup production. Our 300 taps and buckets need to be ready for use next year!
Normally a good pressure wash is all that’s required for the buckets, but the condition of them this year needs more TLC.

We still have syrup available and are open
Wed - Saturday 2 - 6 for drop-ins
or by appointment.
We are sold out of our 500ml glass bottles now.

We hope everyone has a great Easter! We’ve bottled our last batch and have more of our Cinnamon Infusion now. Don’t delay in getting your locally made maple syrup as we are getting low on some of our sizes already!!

Still boiling! Not all trees were running today but those that were, were running well. This may be our last batch of syrup though. The season is coming to a close soon as some trees have stopped already and the spring peeper frogs are starting to sing 🎶

We are happy to say that we will be Open for syrup sale drop-ins starting Wednesday March 18!
So, Wednesdays to Saturdays from 2:00 - 6:00pm (while stock is available) our little Farmside Quilting studio will host a Maple station for cash sales for your convenience. Private appointments are always welcome too.

It was a beautiful morning for collecting sap, and we’re thankful for some dissipation of water in the low-lying areas on our trails. Tall boots are a must have!
