We got a thumbs up!

It was wonderful to share Taiwanese food with the SFU community today.

A huge thank you to chef Adriel and the SFU Dining team — everyone we worked with was welcoming, hands-on, and just as excited about this food as we were.

Real Taiwanese street food is still undiscovered for a lot of people, AND got to introduce a piece of that world.

Watching the faces light up on from the guests over our food, REALLY told us everything we needed to know. It was music to my ears hearing, “this is delicious!” and from our Taiwanese friend, ‘this tastes like home.’

We are grateful to be here today and share a part of our culture with this amazing community.

Here’s to sharing more Taiwanese foods with our Canadian friends, one bite at a time.
