We can't believe that tomorrow is the last day of our first Christmas season!

We are open from 10 - 4, and there are lots of great trees available if you haven't gotten yours yet.

If you're still searching for that perfect gift, there is a great selection of festive items for the people that you've not yet checked off your list.

Fergus is definitely looking forward to seeing you all at the farm one last day this year!

Reposting some important information for anyone who is planning on visiting the farm :)

Have questions about the Tree Farm? We're here to answer them!

Some "housekeeping" items to know:

1. We are open every weekend until December 21, 10 AM - 4 PM. Unfortunately, we are not open on weekdays this season.

2. Santa will be visiting our gift shop 10 AM - 3 PM during the weekends from December 6 - December 20. Prices are below.

3. Trees up to 8' tall are $60 plus tax, and $10/foot beyond that. We accept cash, debit and credit - and you can pick up your tree tag in the gift shop when you arrive.

4. Trees taller than 8' are relatively scarce this year, so if you are interested in a large tree, we may not be able to provide one. Any requests for a tree above 10', please anticipate a longer wait time.

5. Furry friends are welcome, but please keep them on leash and don't forget the poo bags in case they decide to help fertilize the trees 🎄🐶💩

6. We are happy to cut your chosen tree for you, but if you'd prefer to cut your own you can bring a handsaw, or borrow one of ours. For safety (and insurance) reasons, please leave your chainsaws at home.

Lastly - please be patient with us as we take on this new venture. It's our first time doing this and we are sure to make some mistakes along the way. We aim to make your tree-hunting experience a great one, and are open to feedback - but please be kind 😘

Times certainly can be tight these days.

If anyone knows of someone who lives between Deer Lake and Corner Brook, who might like to have a real tree this year, but maybe can't quite swing it, please DM us. We would love to donate and deliver a tree to a deserving someone before this weekend.

Not to alarm anyone, but Santa was at our farm today, and of course was a HIT!

That Santa laugh you know and love? Check.

That PERFECT Santa beard? Check.

THE most luxurious Santa suit? Check.

Most importantly, the warmest, most fun and friendly Santa personality that you'd hope to encounter? Check.

Santa will be back at the farm ready to chat and laugh with you tomorrow. If you'd like pictures with him, packages start at $30.

A BIG thank you to everyone who visited the farm today. Your patience and understanding were appreciated more than we can express, as we dealt with multiple curveballs that caused major delays.

3 of our saws (which were 1 week old) died, our main tree cutter called in sick, and 2 of our integral family staff members were unavoidably absent.

We're working with the chainsaw manufacturer on a solution, so we won't mention the brand at this time.

We can't express our gratitude enough for our staff and volunteers who went above and beyond to help make the day a success despite all the setbacks.

It's interesting how the holidays can bring out the best and sometimes worst in people - today we were so fortunate to have the best of people shine through as brightly as today's sun.

(By the way, we have chainsaws lined up for tomorrow)
