Can I say yummy 🤤

Bruschetta is back! This Epicure favorite can be used to quickly whip up a delicious appy. 🍅🌿 It can also be used to season pasta sauce, soups, eggs, seafood dishes, and much more!

Bruschetta:
· 2 cups diced tomato
· 1 tbsp olive oil
· 1 tbsp Bruschetta Seasoning
· Sea Salt, to taste
· Black Pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients and serve on top of toasted French bread slices. Enjoy! ❤️

Tasty and a cool treat !

Summertime is all about the salads! Transform your Pad Thai Meal Solution into this tasty sesame salad, ready in just 20 minutes.

Pad Thai Summer Salad
1⁄2 pkg (14 oz/400 g) wide rice noodles
2 bell peppers
1⁄2 small red onion
1⁄2 lb (225 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, about 1 breast
1 pkg (340 g) frozen, peeled raw shrimp, defrosted
2 tbsp oil
1 pkg Pad Thai Seasoning (Pkg 3)
1⁄2 recipe Sesame Ginger Dressing

Toppings (optional): chopped green onions, fresh cilantro or mint

Preparation
Place noodles in a large bowl. Cover with boiling water; let stand, tossing with Grip & Grab frequently until soft and pliable, about 7–10 min. Drain and rinse with cold water; place back in bowl.
Meanwhile, thinly slice peppers and onion; add to bowl with cooled noodles.
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
Heat oil in a Wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken, shrimp, and seasoning. Stir-fry until cooked through, 3–5 min. If the seasoning starts to stick, add a bit of water to help loosen the bits from the wok.
Add to bowl with noodles. Drizzle dressing on top, using Grip & Grab gently toss to mix. Add toppings, if desired.

What’s the difference between a rub and a dry glaze?

Rubs are all about the flavour and enhance the taste of the protein you're grilling. Literally ‘rub’ the marinade on the meat, fish, or poultry before grilling.

Our Rubs: BBQ Chicken & Rib, Montreal Chicken, Montreal Steak

A dry glaze develops a crust on the meat during cooking, sealing in the moisture.

Our Dry Glazes: Salmon, Teriyaki

So apparently my nephew asks my sister if he can have breakfast for dinner , when he heard I had it at my house ! My go to fridays / Saturdays when I am lazy and don’t really want to cook .
