Some fun news.

There a Gluten free expo going on in western canada this month and I’m taking a trip out to Edmonton to check it out.
Trying to convince Ashley and Ryan from indulgeyqr
to tag along as well.

We know that I rave about this place as they also have plenty of GF options and Ryan’s skills and flavours are top tier!

We’re also in talks about teaming up and bringing some of Benny’s flare to their menu! Like our chicken tenders, onion rings and maybe even boneless ribs.

It’s vital for local business to network together and help each-other out, especially in this economy!

We’re going to have some pop ups again this winter so stay tuned.

I was just a girl with a dream 23 years ago, and for the past five years I’ve been living it.

A few months ago, while going through scrap papers in my house, I came across a letter I wrote to myself saying how I wanted to have gluten-free options for coeliac because at the time my cousin was severely sick and I wanted options for her.

I knew there would be more people out there in the world that were fighting the same disease and that’s how Benny’s came to be!

Although we’re not fully gluten-free because there’s a chance of cross contamination with some buns on our Food Truck, I take it very seriously.

with the season coming to a close, there are a few things up my sleeve and on the horizon so stay tuned
Just because we’re packing it up away for the winter doesn’t mean we’re not sticking around

Remember that time back in June , felt so long ago already.
We received our awards for this years food truck wars and I just wanna remind ya’ll that we brought home both wins this years. It’s never happened in the history of yqr food truck wars. How cool are we? And by we I mean you gang because with out you, none of this would be possible.

Sat Sept 12th update, we will be closing early today 3:30, it was a busy day and I’ve gotta close up shop so I have time to hit up the shops before they close at 6 to grab stock for tomorrow.

We’ll be here again tomorrow, Regina rugby club, 8:30 am serving up the tasty tasty!

I baked some cookies today to go with our weekend of food trucking!

My goal in the next Cpl months is to reduce the amount of freezer space I use over the winter because let’s be real, the electricity bill can be crazy when you have 5 plugged in 🤣 so we’ll be making the things and running specials all month long.

This weekend we’re going to have our gf sweets on sale because I have an abundance and I appreciate all of you.
