I think I might put a caramel glaze on my steamed pudding. I used my black cake/fruitcake recipe and steamed it for a couple hours in a mold. I love the moist texture. I’m not sure I can resist cutting into it until Christmas. Up next: basque cheesecake perhaps 🤔
