We realized something😲
No matter how soft, saucy, or tender the pork is…
Halfway through delivery, it can dry out 😭

So we changed the game.
We pack the pork and Vietnamese ham in a separate container —
basically letting them “soak in a sauce bath” until you open your box 😌💧🍖
