If you’re craving affordable Japanese food, this spot is for you!
There’s a hidden gem in the West End of downtown Vancouver that’s been around for over 20 years. Although the owners aren’t Japanese, I can say they’re one of the better ones who can bring out traditional Japanese flavours (even my mom was surprised). In this economy, their price point for their quality food items were impressive 👌🏻 Cold “somen” noodles are my go-to summer dish to cool me down, so I loved how this dish was served in a ice bowl 🧊 and their “kaiseki bento” had just the right amount of different dishes that were fun to explore 😋 Def check out their summer items for a limited time!

•Kaiseki bento $46 (12 items: Negitoro Roll, 2 Kinds of Sashimi (Salmon Toro, red tuna), Tuna Salsa, Gomae, Chawan Mushi, Agedashi Mochi, Ebi Mayo, Pumpkin croquette, Lime Soba, Salmon Oshi, Fruit, Almond Pudding)
