2022 Banshee Sonoma County Pinot Noir

An exciting, yet friendly wine, bursting with aromas of fresh, muddled strawberry, bright cherry and pomegranate with hints of forest floor, toasted caramel and five-spice. The flavors combine to create a fruit-driven front palate and very subtle oak influence. The finish leaves you wanting more, with nice acid and flavors of strawberry sauce, pomegranate and spice to create great weight for an excellent food wine, as well as a charming drinking experience by itself.

APPELLATION: Sonoma County

GRAPE: Pinot Noir

COOPERAGE: 8 months in 25% new French oak barrels

Beppe Marino 'Bramusa' Brachetto Piemonte

It is a wine with a typically Piedmontese personality that is released from the moment it is served, original in its simplicity, fragrant and incredibly drinkable.

Nose: Delicate bouquet with hints of primary Brachetto grape, lime blossom, rose, peach and berries.

Palate: Full, fresh, balanced, with good structure and persistence. Delicately sweet.

Food Pairing: Sweets in general or with fruit salad. Its best match is with strawberries and it is also a great base for cocktails or as an aperitif.

Location of Vines: Piemonte - Langhe, Mango

Method: A soft pressing of the must makes a cold macera-tion start that lasts for 24/36 hours; the must ferments a first time in tanks at a controlled temperature for 7 days, followed by second fermentation. This one is stopped by the cold, then the wine is microfiltered and put in sterilized bottles with an isobaric method, for the maintenance of natural CO2.

Color: Delicate ruby red.
