The Ripley Agricultural Society will once again be bringing back The Preserving Chef Connor Flynn for another amazing sourdough course!

Our Saturday course was full with many of you waiting for a spot! This time we are offering the course on a weeknight!

These spots fill up fast!

See you on Wednesday May 13th from 6:30 to 8:30 at the Ripley Huron Community Centre.

Sourdough starter fed with 85% Bread Flour and 15% Rye.
Flour for bread recipe is same ratio and in autolyse as we speak.
Mix, rest, salt, bulk ferment, stretch & fold, pre-shape, rest, final shape, rest, cold ferment and bake tomorrow.
Phew!
Lots of steps but every time I go through the process it becomes more of a habit and the end result is so worth it!
