The Jerusalem Artichoke or aka: Sunchoke flower brings us a bit of warmth on this dreary rainy day ☔

Our reminder that the Fall weather has settled in and these beautiful blooms will be the last we'll see until the spring.

It's a bitter sweet day today as we woke up without our gaggle of turkeys in the pasture, but are brought comfort knowing that they've already fed so many families and still will for the Christmas season.

It was a wonderful 19 weeks of learning, growing, giggling to their gobbles, and turkey shenanigans. Excited to do it again next year! 🦃

We all felt like this bee 🐝 today here on the farm as we were buzzing around getting ready for the market and trying to keep the kiddo & pup entertained 😜 Thanks to Grandma/Pa for all the help. And this 🐝 is a great reminder for us that all the hard work is worth it in the long run when we get to serve our community! 🍯

Ryan's parents are here for a visit for the next few weeks so we were all busy this morning getting prepared for both the market and Ryan taking them for a weekend camping trip to Lunenburg to sail the Blue Nose II celebrating his mom's birthday! 🥳 🎂 ⛵
