Bruschetta season is upon us! I’m excited to share this new recipe with you! a Rosemary Olive Oil Levain, with a touch of rye flour that brings a delightful depth of flavour to the bread.

I’ll be making a handful of these loaves for the Rosswood Farmers Market this Sunday! Along with some other staples for your table. Happy August!!
