We are seeking a full time Kitchen Prep Specialist!

Work Environment:
• Commercial catering kitchen supporting child care centres
• Early morning shift (4:00 am 12:00 pm or or 5:00 am - 1 :00 pm)
• Emphasis on cleanliness, safety, and consistency
Qualifications:
• Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred
• Understanding of allergy-safe food preparation is a strong asset
• Ability to follow menus and standardized recipes
• Strong attention to detail, especially with portioning and dietary restrictions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Required
• Police Check with Vulnerable Sector Clearance (or proof of application in process)
• Safe Food Handler Certification (or willing to attain within 2 weeks)
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
