Sunday is our Father’s Day Pop-Up featuring the Smokecuterie Platter! If you haven’t ordered yours yet, there’s still time – we’ll be taking orders until the end of the day today!

With over 7 lbs of food, each 16" Smokecuterie box features hot and cold smoked items to feed 4-6 people.

It includes:
🔥 2 lbs of double smoked kielbasa, double smoked ham, smoked cheddar cheese and pickles.
🔥 1.5 lbs of beef brisket bourbon-baked beans
🔥 2/3 pound each of pork belly, bacon-wrapped jalapeno popper-stuffed chicken thighs and smoked sausage
🔥 2 lbs of coleslaw

Back in February, our first Firelane 300 BBQ Pop-Up was in support of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Elementary, providing the school with new musical instruments for their classrooms via the Niagara Conservatory of Music's Music Gives program!

We wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who ordered, because every Smokecuterie Platter sold helped bring music to the school. Here's a photo from the day we delivered the donated instruments to the school, including ukuleles, cajon drums, djembe, and boomwhackers.
