We make small batch craft beer in Sarnia, Ontario. Refined Fool is a group of teachers, creatives, blue collars, entrepreneurs, musicians and pastors who care about beer, business, Sarnia and each other. We began by brewing out of our houses in midwinter with propane burners and frozen hoses and have since evolved into a downtown nano-brewery.

Bummed about the lack of music festivals in Sarnia this summer?

The June Classic Festival has been running downtown since 2019; a free two day festival that takes place on the Refined Fool/Davis side yard June 26 and 27. It features music all weekend on our outdoor stage (10+ bands!), a local market, great food, and a beer garden.

The space is family/dog friendly and a wonderful way to spend some time in the heart of our beautiful downtown.

It's been a joy to run all these years and this year should be a doozy, we hope to see you there!

We're closing...
.. the chapter on our OG sign! This bad boy was installed in early 2014 and stood the test of time for 12 years.

From the gales of Hurricane Sandy, to the rains of the '18 Super El Niño, to the ice-storm of the great '23 Polar Vortex - this sign has some stories to tell. This old girl served us well, and for that we gave her a proper viking funeral in the river. (If anyone from Corunna sees some burning plywood float bye feel free to douse it)

The new sign has now taken its place for the next chapter.

Cases of Where Are We Going, our 6% Oat IPA, are on what can only be called a MEGA SALE until they are gone. This silky smooth, full-bodied IPA features notes of sweet fruit and creamsicle; the excess oats in this one help to create the perfect velvety sip.
