After days of sitting outside in the rain and snow we got an idea of sharing our love of maple syrup with more people. We bought land in Sault Ste Marie, ON that is nestled in a conservation area. Our sugar bush is home to moose, deer, bears, eagles, hawks, beavers, turtles, to name a few and hikers that walk the section of the voyager trail that crosses our sugar bush. We believe we are stewards

of the land and place and emphasis on sustainability, quality, and passion. We invite you to come walk with us on the wild side with a bottle of our infused maple syrup.

The snow in the sugarbush is no joke this year! ❄️🐾
At Fallen Leaves Maple Products, our “pre-season workout” consists almost entirely of digging out our mainlines. With the record amount of snow we’ve received, those blue lines are buried deep, and we’re working overtime to make sure they’re clear before the first big thaw.

The sap wait is almost over! 🐾🍁
We’ve been working overtime at Fallen Leaves Maple Products to get every tap in and every line cleared for the upcoming season. The snow is deep this year, which means plenty of work for the crew—and plenty of opportunities for our “help” to get a little distracted.
While Ripley is focused on the mission (and getting a bit frustrated with the snow depth), Bella has joined the team with a very specific set of skills.

Ripley is proving that maple syrup season really is the sweetest time of year. Whether she’s decorated the sugarbush with ribbons or she’s “sappy” enough to hand-deliver the first jar, she’s putting her whole heart into every gallon.
