Back by popular demand! Our Pizza G Masterclass at the MAGNETIC HILL WINERY (one of our favorite places to be!)
The Pizza Masterclass at Magnetic Hill W**ery is a highly popular seasonal collaboration hosted alongside the local pop-up experts, Pizza G.
The hands-on workshop is designed to teach you the fine art of crafting professional-grade pizza dough and perfecting your baking techniques. It takes place at the scenic Magnetic Hill W**ery estate in Moncton, New Brunswick. Led by a professional pizzaiolo from Pizza G, you will get your hands doughy while exploring hydration levels, fermentation techniques, base-stretching, and proper pizza launching and spinning mechanics.
You will learn how to bake your creations to perfection using high-performance portable Gozney ovens, alongside tips for optimizing standard home or backyard ovens.
