What a beautiful first night in Crystal Beach! 🍣🏖️

We're not sure if it was the laid-back beach-town vibe or the wonderful crowd naturally drawn to the Gather tasting room, but the vibe was relaxed, joyful, and full of connection from start to finish.

It reminded me a little of home in Japan—people coming together, creating, sharing, and enjoying the moment.

Their name "Gather" couldn't have been more fitting. And our concept through sushi-making resonated perfectly!

And the fact that this class sold out so quickly on a Tuesday night?👀 We had a feeling it was going to be a good one. ❤️🍣

Who knew June 18th was actually International Sushi Day!? Our guests at a private class were the ones who told us! 😆

We had such a fantastic time rolling sushi together with this fun group. And can we talk about those matching team aprons? Looks like they came fully prepared to celebrate the occasion!

While the rain was putting on quite a show outside☂️, we were tucked away under the SHED at Shawn & Ed Brewing Co., enjoying a cozy evening of sushi, laughs, and great company. 🍣🍺

This group was a natural! Their rolls were neat and tight, the cuts were beautiful, and they mastered the temaki hand roll on the first attempt—a feat that doesn't happen every day.😆

Every class has its own vibe, and this one was pure rock 'n' roll.🤘 Thanks for bringing such great energy to the table!

We thought it would be a quiet, relaxing Sunday afternoon… but wow, you all brought the energy! Between the sushi rolling and wine sipping, our teams worked hard to keep up with the enthusiasm 😂🍷🍣

Today was our very first sushi session there, and it turned into such a nice, relaxed afternoon!
Thank you for choosing to spend your day with us among all the long weekend activities out there — it truly means a lot 💛

We hope today gave everyone the confidence and inspiration to continue their sushi journey at home with family and friends 😉🍣

🍣😂 Our Sushi + Comedy night unexpectedly turned into a VIP small-group session last night… and honestly? We kind of loved it 😆

With only a few rollers in the room, there was nowhere to hide from our sushi coaching.

Lots of laughs, great conversations, and plenty of hands-on rolling time made for a super relaxed and fun night

Huge thanks to our awesome group for being so open-minded, curious, and ready to roll with us!

Safe to say… the sushi rolled smoothly🍣, and the laughs landed well 🎤
