If you love sushi—or simply love learning something new and meeting good people—come join us for a fun, hands-on afternoon. 😋

You’ll learn 4 different sushi-rolling techniques, pick up practical tips and tricks you can actually use at home, and get to mingle with fellow sushi-loving locals around the table.

Bring your partner, family, friends, or come solo. Sushi-making is the excuse; connecting is the fun part! 💛🍣

🍣🍇 And that's a wrap on our summer classes at Cave Spring Vineyard! 😁

Perfect weather, gorgeous vineyard views, beautiful w**e, amazing hospitality, and a bunch of eager sushi rollers. We could go on and on... 😋

And honestly, I still get a little goosebump when those shiny sushi rolls peek out of their bamboo mat. 😂 The moment of “Ooooooh!” and “Ahhhh!” never gets old! 😍🍣

What a summer it has been! So many wonderful people, laughs, stories, and connections around the sushi table. 💛

Now... what adventures will fall bring? 🍂🍣

🍣 Yay! Another lively sushi Sunday at Concession Road Brewing Co. is in the books! ✌️

We loved watching the room warm up from quiet rollers to chatting, laughing, and getting fully into the sushi groove around their tables. 😉🍣

Beautiful rolls, tasty drinks, happy bellies, and very full hearts. indeed😋💛

That's what we call a good Sunday! 🍣🍺

🍣 Sunday at Konzelmann Estate Winery was another one for the books! 🍷☀️

We had a bunch of lovely sushi rollers join us—and one group even drove a few hours to surprise their Japanese friend. 🥰

But guess who ended up being surprised too?

Our Japanese instructor 😂

She doesn't know many Japanese around here. So having one join us was a pretty special little moment for our sushi team. 🇯🇵🍣☺️

Everyone was relaxed, curious, and happily rolling away. And somewhere along the way, we completely lost track of who came with whom. 😂

By the end, the tables looked less like a workshop and more like one big family gathering—with sushi everywhere, of course!

We loved it. 💛

Once again, sushi-making proved to be one of the best excuses to gather around a table, connect, and simply enjoy being together.

Let's keep rolling! 🍣

🍣 Some days just get everything right. ☀️🍷

Perfect weather for a vineyard tour, a beautiful seated w**e tasting surrounded by lush green vines, and then... a wonderfully goofy, high-energy group ready to roll! 😆

Lots of laughs, beautiful w**es, and plenty of delicious sushi made by their own hands.

For a little while, everything just felt right. 💛🍣

We had three generations of one family around the sushi table, and you could genuinely feel the love in the room.🍣😘

That's what we love about private classes. You can relax in a familiar place, enjoy your favourite drinks, and simply be yourselves—no need to worry about keeping up with anyone else.

It wasn't just about learning sushi yesterday. It was about slowing down, spending time together, and creating a beautiful family memory.

We felt truly honoured to be a small part of it. 🥰

Sometimes, sushi is just the excuse. The real magic is who you share it with. 🍣❤️😉

🍣 We had a special little sushi roller join us today! 👏

Our youngest roller was just 9 years old, and what a champion! 😄 He stayed focused, followed the instructions, and successfully made all 4 types of sushi alongside a whole bunch of big rollers. 😉

There's something so rewarding about watching someone walk away with sushi they made with their own hands,and the skills to keep the sushi journey going at home. 🥰🍣

Who knows... we may have just helped create a future home sushi chef! 😉

A big thank you to everyone who rolled with us today, and an extra thank you to some familiar faces who came back and brought a friend along. That means so much to us! 💛

🍣 What a fun evening with another wonderful group of eager sushi rollers! 😁

Seeing everyone proudly hold up their sushi never gets old. 😉

We were especially happy to welcome back someone who joined our very first Gather Tasting Room workshop. That honestly means the world to us. It tells us we're creating something people want to experience again, and we couldn't be more grateful.

Our hope has always been simple....to show that everyone can sushi and that sushi-making is one of the best reasons to gather, laugh, and connect.

Oh one more thing!! If you visit Gather Tasting Room, you HAVE to try their balsamic vinegar. It's absolutely phenomenal. I honestly think I could drink it! 😂 Be sure to check them out!
