It's brew day at Joe's Spencerville Brewing Company. Today we are brewing a full 1700L (17 hectolitre/15bbl) batch of Go Towards the Light Lager. We start with 2400 Litres of Reverse Osmosis water, and after grain absorption and boil off, we end up with approx 1700L of tasty tasty beer.
Rule number 1 on brew day. Clean, clean, clean. Rule number 2. Bring rubber boots.

We catered the event, offering our tasty beer brewed rigiht here in Spencerville.
