Had a great day at The Smoke on the Water BBQ competition at Little Loon Regional Park. Thank you to the organizers, judges and competitors. I’m coming home with 1st place in the pork loin category. Coincidentally the only time I used Farmer Tan’s mustard in the recipe! Brined pork tenderloin with a maple mustard glaze! (Pictured: Farmer Tan trying to even out his farmer tan)

Excited to officially announce two new flavours of mustard. Honey and Haskap! I got some wonderful haskap berries from Aumack Haskap Berry Ranch to make this vibrant mustard. The Honey mustard features the sweet flavour of one of our great local honeys.
