The forest is full of unfinished stories.

Clouds gather without deciding whether they will rain. Paths disappear into the trees before revealing where they lead. Seeds rest beneath the soil, carrying secrets of what they may one day become.

The forest does not seem troubled by any of it.

Each morning, the chickadees begin their songs before the day has told them what it holds. The creek continues downstream without knowing what waits beyond the next bend. The deer steps into the meadow without first asking what lies beyond it.

Nothing waits for certainty.

Life unfolds in the midst of unanswered questions.

What is hidden will reveal itself in time.

Until then, today's birds still sing while the horizon keeps its secrets.

Tomorrow will reveal itself eventually.

Fable & Fungi Co. will officially be at the St. Albert Farmers’ Market every Saturday from June 6 to October 10 🍄

This season you’ll be able to find us with:
• Fresh gourmet mushrooms
• Lion’s Mane, Blue Oyster & seasonal varieties
• Mushroom powders & pantry items
• Weekly favourites + experimental small-batch creations
• A booth built around curiosity, flavour, and bringing mushrooms to more tables

This is a huge step for me and for Fable & Fungi. What started as a small passion project in my basement is slowly becoming something real, and I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who’s supported along the way.

If you’ve been wanting to try gourmet mushrooms but weren’t sure where to start — come chat with me. I love helping people find easy, approachable ways to cook with them.
