So what's so special about mushrooms, and especially Lion's Mane?

All mushrooms contain B-vitamins in different concentrations. Oyster mushrooms and especially Lion's Mane contain excellent amounts of a wide variety of B-vitamins which provide significant nutritional benefit, along with high amounts of a very special antioxidant ergothioneine (ET), a 'secret ingredient' to longevity.

ET is a type of super amino acid that Lion's Mane really has got in spades.

ET is an extremely powerful antioxidant that is especially anti-inflammatory. Most disease involves nervous system and/or tissue inflammation - including cardiovascular diseases, cancer, liver disease, diseases associated with cognitive decline (Alzheimer's and dementia), and even anxiety and related mood disorders.
