What a few weeks of growth in a Victory looks like at 👀

The team has been harvesting the whole way through while helping us test everything from herb staples to hard-to-get crops like shiso and watermelon radish.

Thousands of people have walked by this unit during conferences and events and honestly the SJCC team can probably demo Victory better than we can at this point 😂

Building in public is terrifying sometimes, but working with teams like this makes it easier.

Day 6 at and we’re already growing 🎉 This is savoury germinating from our patent-pending reusable AutoPod - planted directly from seed with no transplanting.

Early tests with our Local Champions show growth up to 50% faster than soil. Excited to share more on these sustainable pods (and to taste that savoury!)

It’s Victory Day at 🌱

We’re so excited to have their team and guests as part of our Local Champion cohort. We’ll be growing herbs, tomatoes, and maybe even potatoes together.

This is what local food can look like, even in the middle of winter!

With snow on the ground, is still growing fresh produce - and today was a big harvest!

We recently swapped romaine for arugula in our towers, and we can’t get over how fresh it tastes. Peppery, bright, and alive!

Winter doesn’t have to mean shipped-in greens.

The first dill is ready, marigolds are popping up, and Victory is just getting started 🌼

As fall sets in, we’re keeping summer alive inside Terre — giving and the team continuous access to the same fresh herbs they’re known for year-round 💚
