ORDERS DUE SATURDAY BY 7PM BUT.. there is a maximum amount of soups I can do, so the earlier you place your order, the better chance you can get your soups!

Food is delivered late afternoon/early evening on Monday and will be dropped off right to your front door (unless other arrangements have been made).
IF you know no one will be home at this time, please leave out a cooler with ice packs for me to set the food into to keep things cold - especially as temperatures rise.

I try to use as much local and in-season produce as possible in all of my salads. Nutrient density, flavour and supporting local businesses is important to me🥰

Although the majority of my clients are women, did you know I support men too?

My sessions are for anyone craving a softer, more restorative approach to healing, relaxation, and nervous system support. Not everyone wants intense pressure or “push through the pain” treatments — and that’s okay.

My services can be especially supportive for men experiencing:

• High stress, burnout, or chronic tension
• High cortisol / constantly being in “go mode”
• Nervous system dysregulation or trouble relaxing

🥗Back by popular demand - Good JuJu salads are returning for the summer months again this year!

HOW IT WILL WORK:
•I will post the following week’s menu on Wednesdays and you will have until Saturday at 7PM to place your order, by either messaging me or through my website under “Online Shop” !!
•Salads will be delivered on Mondays in late afternoon/early evening each week (excluding holidays).
•Payment will be either: e-transfer or an online order through my website (link in bio).
•Deliveries are free anywhere in St.Marys and Stratford. Anything outside of the radius, there will be a delivery fee. Pickup options available upon request if you are outside of the free-delivery radius.
•My salads are mostly vegetarian and gluten-free and often can be made vegan (if you’re celiac or have any allergies, I cannot guarantee there isn’t cross contamination).
•My cost is staying the same as last year: $16 / salad [my portions are very fair].

TIMELINE: I will be making salads June-August for sure. September brings a few changes for me, so I might just do soups in the fall and a few salads. I will keep you posted at the end of the summer.
This means you have 3 MONTHS to enjoy Good JuJu Salads woohoo!
