A big thank you to George from ADL Fitzroy for the fantastic tour of the facility yesterday! We really enjoyed learning about evaporated milk, the production process, and the fascinating history of the building. To top off a great experience, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at Papa Joe's. A wonderful day of learning, connection, and great food!

Wednesday we had the opportunity to visit the ADL Butter Plant in O'Leary and gain a behind-the-scenes look at the craftsmanship and dedication that go into producing one of PEI's iconic products. A special thank you to Brendon Arsenault for the informative tour and for sharing his knowledge with us.

We also enjoyed a fantastic lunch at The Canadian Potato Museum, making for a great day celebrating two of Prince Edward Island's most recognized agricultural products!
