A practical serving: ΒΎβ1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt, Β½ cup blueberries, 1 tablespoon chia seeds and optionally 1 teaspoon honey. Greek yogurt gives more protein.
Mix the chia thoroughly into the yogurt; add a little milk or water if too thick. Start with less chia if it causes bloating. For weight management or blood-sugar control, keep the yogurt unsweetened and limit or skip honey.
