We’re growing our team for the 2026 wedding season at Aurora Valley Venue 🤍
We already have an amazing crew from last summer and are excited to expand our team, so no one person is expected to give up every weekend. There is room for multiple hires in each role, allowing for flexibility, balance, and a supportive team environment.
We’re currently hiring for two roles:
🌿 Day-Of Venue Coordinator
This is venue coordination, not wedding planning.
While our couples can hire full planners outside the venue, we provide extensive support with design, décor, and layout. Mock floor plans, layouts, and design notes are created in advance so everything is clearly prepared ahead of time.
Coordinator responsibilities include:
• Leading the setup crew with the approved design and layout
• Being familiar with the couple’s timeline and keeping the day flowing smoothly
• Managing venue logistics (ceremony sound setup, moving sound for reception, lighting candles, propane heaters, opening umbrellas, etc.)
• Helping vendors or guests with questions
• Overseeing practical details like garbage and general flow
The busiest part of the day is the morning setup, followed by a much calmer afternoon. Once the dance begins, coordination support is no longer required. Most coordinator days are around 10 hours on a Saturday.
Ideally, coordinators are also available for 1–2 hours the week prior for a casual coffee meeting with the couple to review timelines, layouts, and walk through the space together. (Coffee is on us
