✨ Now Hiring | Aurora Valley Venue (2026 Season) ✨

We’re growing our team for the 2026 wedding season at Aurora Valley Venue 🤍

We already have an amazing crew from last summer and are excited to expand our team, so no one person is expected to give up every weekend. There is room for multiple hires in each role, allowing for flexibility, balance, and a supportive team environment.

We’re currently hiring for two roles:

🌿 Day-Of Venue Coordinator
This is venue coordination, not wedding planning.

While our couples can hire full planners outside the venue, we provide extensive support with design, décor, and layout. Mock floor plans, layouts, and design notes are created in advance so everything is clearly prepared ahead of time.

Coordinator responsibilities include:
• Leading the setup crew with the approved design and layout
• Being familiar with the couple’s timeline and keeping the day flowing smoothly
• Managing venue logistics (ceremony sound setup, moving sound for reception, lighting candles, propane heaters, opening umbrellas, etc.)
• Helping vendors or guests with questions
• Overseeing practical details like garbage and general flow

The busiest part of the day is the morning setup, followed by a much calmer afternoon. Once the dance begins, coordination support is no longer required. Most coordinator days are around 10 hours on a Saturday.

Ideally, coordinators are also available for 1–2 hours the week prior for a casual coffee meeting with the couple to review timelines, layouts, and walk through the space together. (Coffee is on us

Every year our goal is to elevate. That may mean landscape changes, decor additions or even eventually retiring certain items. This year it means adding some additional tables, some table cloth options and of course a few landscape additions we will share more about in the coming months!

I think what I am most excited for, is seeing our flower farm this year, most of our perennials are in their third year which means they are established, and ready to show off! And the hundreds of additional shrubs and trees we planted last year will have their show off year in 2027, while of course still looking amazing (just not growing fast) this year 😍

But let’s talk about these tables for a moment, there is so many ways to elevate a simple set up, and one of those is adding some dynamic, a row of table clothes, a few round table seating spaces, so many ways to add additional design while still keeping in budget!

Happy New Year 🤍

We’re stepping into this season with so much excitement for the year ahead and all the beautiful celebrations to come at Aurora Valley. Behind the scenes, we’ve been thoughtfully dreaming up new details to enhance the space: lush landscaping additions, outdoor accent walls and fencing for shade and texture, new photo-inspired moments throughout the property, and a cozy fire pit area perfect for spring and fall evenings under the stars.

We’re also excited to share that our remaining June 2026 dates will be opening at a special reduced rate for a limited time. The wedding season has come to an end, our shop is filling with crates of flower bulbs, roots and more to store over winter and our decor will be having a deep clean over winter to prepare for next season. One of the last weddings this year was an extra special one, but honestly there was parts of each and every wedding this summer that left a mark. We love how ever single wedding was so unique, even if they choose a similar ceremony location or reception set up the way things were laid out, decor and details all brought a whole new look and truly made each day so unique!
I can not wait to take all we learnt this year and bring it into next season! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you are curious about booking as we have limited space for next season :)

We set a goal of raising $10,000 for Casa Hogar, and in just 8 days from announcing to hosting, we pulled together Harvest & Hope. Eight days of reaching out to vendors, volunteers, and our community, and last night we saw the fruit of that hard work. ✨
From Skyler and his team who set up a full stage for live music, to every band who played their hearts out, to our caterer making themes amazing meal and the women who baked fresh sourdough and pies, to the volunteers who helped pick flowers, to Eva helping me arranging centrepieces from our farm, to Jonah for MC’ing and leading the auction, and the coffee bar and bar for selling drink tickets all night long — and most importantly, to every person who bought a ticket, a table, or bid in the silent auction… this would not have been possible without you.
Together, we not only reached our goal but exceeded it. After costs, we raised $11,398.40, you guys we are building a school at Casa Hogar!! 🕊️
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. 💛 What a perfect way to wrap up our first year.

We are getting SO excited for the harvest dinner this Sunday. A chance to eat incredible food by a private chef in GP The Black Market Food Co the most incredible fresh baked pies from an amazing talented baker in town, and cocktails from the talented .events and delicious coffee from

We will have live music from local bands along with a very talented Mexican artist join us for the live music. He’ll be singing some songs in Spanish and English.

Full tables can be bought by businesses for a charitable receipt and a chance to wine and dine their clients or staff, and individual tickets are also still available.

All net proceeds are going directly to the Children's home in Mexico so you get to support something incredible well also getting to experience an amazing dinning experience!

If you aren't able to make it but know someone who might be interested send them this and share it with friends. We also had one couple generously offer to buy two people a spot if they can not afford it but would love to attend so please let us know if you know someone who deserves a night out :)

Wedding season is slowly coming to a close here at Aurora Valley, and we’re so excited to start reliving it all as we see the stunning galleries roll in.

Our team truly poured their hearts into this celebration, from the dreamy ceremony setup with our modern wood arch back chairs, patio umbrellas, signage, parasols, and our farm-fresh blooms on our modern white pillars, to the romantic reception beneath our sailcloth tent, complete with 500 ft of glowing string lights over the dance floor (a photo op all on its own).

We can’t wait to welcome even more couples in the years ahead — the magic here has only just begun.
