This week on promotion!

-Black oil sunflower seeds
-Beef short ribs

$38 for a big 50lb bag.

Beef short ribs provide excellent flavour due to the high marbling content. Taken from the rib cage, they are part of a rib encased with juicy tender meat. Best to be cooked low and slow. Braise them or smoke them, they are a very versatile cut to add to many dishes.
