**41 years old. Stronger. Leaner. More energy. And in the best shape of my life. π₯©π₯**
For most of my life, I accepted a lot of things as just part of getting older β gaining weight, having less energy, dealing with brain fog, IBS, allergies, and feeling like I needed carbs to keep me going.
Turns out, getting older wasnβt the problem.
More than three years ago, I changed the way I ate. I went back to simple, nutrient-dense foods β **meat, animal fats, eggs, salt and foods that make sense to me ancestrally.**
Since then, Iβm **70+ pounds down**, but the number on the scale is only part of it.
I have more energy now than I did when I was younger. I lift weights. I work. I play. I camp. I swim. I spend time outside. I enjoy the sun and fresh air. I live my life.
Iβm not interested in being afraid of food, fat, salt, sunlight or getting older.
I want to be **strong, capable and active** for as long as I possibly can.
For me, carnivore was never just about losing weight. It became about stripping away the modern junk and getting back to basics:

π΄ Good sleep
π§ A clear mind

I don't expect everyone to eat the way I do. This is simply what has worked for **me**.
At 41, Iβm not trying to feel 21 again.
**Iβm trying to build the strongest version of myself at 41 β and keep building from here.**
**Eat ancestral. Get outside. Stay active. Stay strong.**
