Honor the shift. Create with intention. Move into stillness.

Celebrate the changing of the seasons with a soul-soothing evening under the full moon. We’ll begin with a guided candle making ritual, crafting your own intention candle using seasonal scents and natural elements to reflect what you’re ready to release — and what you’re inviting in.

As the moon rises, we’ll flow into a slow, grounding yoga practice, designed to help you connect inward, soften into stillness, and honor the transition from summer’s energy to autumn’s quiet.
