We did some Candied Salmon with a Black Eyed Shiinner moonshine infused rub from Stouffville & Sundridge and a multilayered coating of maple syrup from Elmira on a fantastic wild salmon caught in north British Columbia... what a Canadian flavour treat! Canada > pound, strong & free!
