Spice up your meal with this Singang Fried Rice! 🍤🍚 A delicious Filipino-inspired twist packed with shrimp, fresh veggies, and a tangy tamarind kick.

Here's what you'll need:

100g shrimp
Salt to taste
1/2 onion, julienned
1/2 cup green beans, chopped
1 Roma tomato, chopped
1 tsp Knorr Tamarind Soup Mix
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
2 cups cooked rice
Green onions for garnish

Procedure:

Cook shrimp over medium heat until just done, then set aside.
Sauté onions in oil until translucent.
Add tomatoes and green beans, sauté until tomatoes release juices (5-7 mins).
Add tamarind soup mix, fish sauce, and sugar.
Add rice and shrimp, and toss well.

Ready in just 30 minutes—perfect for a quick, flavourful dinner! 🌶️✨
