I've tested and braised a new product - Pork Braised Capicola Butt cut into large chops or chunks. Braised it like a beef chuck roast. This cut has tonnes of marbling, and flavors well w Guiness Dark Beer vs wine...
Four Course Dinner this past Sunday
- Mediterranean Mixed Salad w pickled onions & crispy potato skins
- Potato Gnocchi, scratch, with butter lemon & fresh herbs
- Braised Pork Capicola Butt, w fine diced veggies - Mirepoix. Towards the end I added Cremini mushrooms & fresh herbs.
- Apple Crumble w blueberries & vanilla ice cream.

Superbowl Sunday MeatBalls w Grass Fed Ground Beef & Chorizo.
I was not in the mood for Steak or a Burger, so I combined all recipes and added Cremini Shrooms, Vidalia Onions, my PoPs Crunch Spice Blend, GF Panko, lightly browned and then braised in premade AuJus from before.
Result, SPICey, so next version I will tone it down some.

HomeMade Mayonnaise, then garlic aioli, & next homemade Caesar Salad Dressing.
So simple to make w an Immersion Blender
3/4 cup EV & Lite Olive Oil
1 egg, room temp
1/2 lemon fresh juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp fine sea salt
My extra additions
Calabrian spicy oil
my Dijon was infused w Wasabi
Garlic clove

And whipped it to aioli consistency and used it for my Grassfed Burger, & dipping sauce for my oven baked HM fries.

1st Hot Detox Soup of the fall season.
Last week, I tool a webinar w health coach, nutritionist who inspired me to start this detox for 7 - 14 - 21 - 30 days plus.

This one was simple and you can make it any way you want, just follow Julie's 6-step guideline on the right.

I'm trying to build my immunity, to prevent the cold flue season hitting us now, add energy, less brain fog, build immunity.

Loved my 1st version of ingredients I selected:
Roasted Chicken, roasted carrots, onions, celery, zucchini, mushrooms, garlic, basis .. all sprinkled w my PoPs 10 spice mojo blend.
Then to my blender I added ripe avocado, beef broth organika & Organika's Spicy Turmeric Bone Broth Chicken Protein Powder & Beef Bone Broth Protein powder.
Between shopping for fresh veggies & prep, took less than 2 hours.
And I have left-overs for tomorow and may some smaller samples for family & friends.
