• ¾ cup warm milk (180g)
• 1 tsp instant yeast (3g)
• ¼ cup sugar (50g)
• 1 whole egg + 1 yolk (70g)
• 3 cups bread flour (360g)
• ¼ cup softened butter (56g)
• 1 tsp salt (6g)
2- BROWN‑BUTTER CINNAMON FILLING
• ½ cup browned butter (113g)
• ½ cup brown sugar (100g)
• 1 tbsp cinnamon (8g)
