1- DOUGH
• ¾ cup warm milk (180g)
• 1 tsp instant yeast (3g)
• ¼ cup sugar (50g)
• 1 whole egg + 1 yolk (70g)
• 3 cups bread flour (360g)
• ¼ cup softened butter (56g)
• 1 tsp salt (6g)

• ½ cup browned butter (113g)
• ½ cup brown sugar (100g)
• 1 tbsp cinnamon (8g)

__Ingredients__

- 1 cup milk (240 g)

- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast (7 g)

- 1/4 cup sugar (50 g)

- 1 egg

- 1/4 cup melted butter (55 g)

- 3 cups bread flour or all purpose flour (360 g)+ more for rolling

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/4 cup heavy cream for topping

__Filling__

- 1/3 cup softened butter (75 g)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (65 g)
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon (12g)

__Frosting__

- 200 g cream cheese
- 100g unsalted butter
- Pinch of salt
- 1 - 2 tbsp cream
- 250 g icing sugar

__Flavours__

1- Oreo
2- Pistachio ( with homemade pistachio butter)
3- Biscoff
4- Peanut butter
5- Nutella
6- Turtle

With just one versatile dough, you can create a variety of NYC-style cookies—thick, gooey, and packed with flavor! Customize with different mix-ins to make each batch uniquely delicious.
Ingredients for Dough
- 226g unsalted cold butter (1 cup)
- 100g sugar (½ cup)
- 200g brown sugar (1 cup)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 480g all-purpose flour (4 cups)
Note: Spoon the flour into your measuring cup and level it off — scooping adds too much flour and can make your cookies dry.
- 20g cornstarch (2 tbsp)
- 6g baking soda (1 tsp)
- 10g baking powder (2 tsp)
- 7g salt (1 tsp)

These soft M&M Monster Cookies are loaded with chocolate chips, peanut butter, peanut butter chips, peanut butter cups and oatmeal that will be enjoyed by everyone!
Ingredients
1. ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, room temperature
2. ½ cup (125g) peanut butter
3. ¾ cup (150g) packed brown sugar
4. ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
6. 1 large egg
7. 1 tsp baking soda
8. ¼ tsp salt
9. 2 tsp cornstarch
10. 1¼ cups (125g) quick oats
11. 1 cup (130g) all-purpose flour, spooned & leveled
12. 200g M&Ms
13. 200g semi-sweet chocolate chips
14. 50g peanut butter chips
15. 50g chopped peanut butter cups (4–5 mini Reese’s)
16. Topping: Some M&Ms, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and peanut butter cups

Biscoff Cheesecake

Ingredients__
- 250g Lotus Biscoff cookies (1 pack)
- 60g butter
- 500g cream cheese
- 200ml heavy cream
- 40g icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 400g Lotus Biscoff butter

__Recipe__

1. Take 1 pack of Biscoff cookies and crush them into fine crumbs. Put all the cookies in a freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin or crush them into a food processor.
2. Pour the crumbs into a bowl and add melted butter. Mix until incorporated.
3. Align baking ring with parchment paper. I’m using 8x8.
4. Pour cookie crumbs and save 1 tbsp for the topping. Press the cookie crumbs evenly to make crust. Freeze it for about 20 minutes.
5. Pour 500g softened cream cheese in a large bowl. Whisk for about 1 minute. Add icing sugar, vanilla extract and 180g Biscoff butter. Beat until well combined for about 2 minutes.
6. Pour whipping cream and beat for about 2 minutes. Make sure that your cream cheese blends in smoothly with the rest of your ingredients.
7. Pour the cheesecake batter on cold crust and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
8. Microwave the rest of your Biscoff butter for about 30 seconds and pour all over the cheesecake. Spread it evenly and save 1 tbsp for the topping. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
9. Take Your cheesecake out from the ring and remove the parchment paper.
10. Trim the edges with a clean knife and wipe the knife with a warm napkin after each trimming.
11. Cut into 6-8 bars and drizzle a little bit of Biscoff butter over the bars. Sprinkle cookie crumbs on the top and enjoy!

- 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
- 1 large egg (approx. 50g), at room temperature
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon (6g) fresh key lime zest
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 cups (180g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon (2g) baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1g) baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon (3g) salt
- 1 cup (120g) graham cracker crumbs

For the Key Lime Pie Filling:
- 3/4 cup (170g) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) fresh key lime juice
- 3 tablespoons (60ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
