⭐️Domaine Drouhin-Laroze Latricières-Chambertin 2022 is a standout Grand Cru from Gevrey-Chambertin.

🇫🇷Latricières sits high on the slope just below Le Chambertin, separated by a thin band of rock and gravel. The soils are lighter and more limestone-driven than many of its neighbours, which naturally leads to wines with lift, structure, and a cooler, more restrained profile.

🍷This Grand Cru leans into finesse over power: wild red berries, crushed rose petals, and a touch of spice, with that unmistakable stony edge that defines Latricières. The palate is taut and structured, with fine tannins and a long, mineral-driven finish that keeps unfolding.

Maset Cava (NU) Réserva Brut 2022 🥂

⭐️A vintage Cava, meaning it comes from a single harvest, capturing the character of one specific year rather than a blend.

🥂The 2022 vintage in the Penedès was warm and dry, resulting in lower yields and beautifully healthy, concentrated fruit. The style this brings is a touch more ripeness and texture, while still holding onto the freshness Cava is known for.

🍾Made organically from Xarel·lo, Macabeo, and Parellada vineyards, this Brut Réserva is aged for 24 months. Pale straw in colour with a fine, persistent mousse, it shows aromas of ripe citrus, green apple and subtle brioche. The palate is crisp and focused, with bright acidity, gentle roundness from ageing, and a clean, dry finish.

✨“NU” means naked - stripped of artifice, additive-free, and expressed in its simplest, purest form. Even the packaging reflects that philosophy, with 100% recyclable materials and a wood label. It’s a wine made with restraint and respect, designed to let the grapes speak for themselves.

🍇Axelle Machard de Gramont’s Vallerots site in Nuits-Saint-Georges is a masterclass in how terroir + vine age shape a wine.

🌱Les Vallerots The oldest part of the vineyard, planted ~40 years ago, just beside 1er Cru. Only 0.5 ha. Older vines digging deep into clay-limestone → more structure, more intensity, more classic Nuits character. This is the one that tightens its grip a little - and then slowly lets go over time.

🌱Les Terrasses des Vallerots A 2 ha terraced parcel planted in 2001 on virgin soil left untouched since phylloxera. That “clean slate” terroir shows up as purity, freshness, and lift. More open, more immediate, more about energy than power.

Spring in a glass 🌸

🌋Famiglia Statella Rosé comes from the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily, where winemaker Calogero Statella works with vineyards rooted in ancient volcanic soils. These high-altitude sites, shaped by lava flows and cooled by coastal breezes, give the wine a natural freshness and quiet intensity that feels perfectly in tune with the season.

🩷Pale pink in colour, the nose is expressive with notes of fresh strawberry, cherry and a hint of citrus. On the palate, it’s clean and vibrant, with lively acidity, subtle minerality and a crisp, refreshing finish that makes it incredibly easy to drink.

💛On Saturday we said goodbye to Chef Arnaud of Restaurant Lucie - attending his last service with dishes from “Souvenirs”, highlighting signature dishes and defining plates of his past 3 years.

✨It was absolutely iconic from the talent, to the energy and the care in every detail.

🥂We will miss you and your delicious food - thank you for giving the city something it won’t forget!

✨We’re super happy to share one of our favourite easy going whites just in time for warmer weather!

🍏Green apple, pear, and white peach, with a bit of vanilla and butter from barrel and a light herbal note on the finish. Fresh acidity, soft texture, super easy to drink.

💛This just in - Maranges Blanc 2024 from Domaine Regnard!

✨White flowers, citrus, and orchard fruit, layered with subtle notes of butter and flinty minerality. On the palate, it strikes a lovely balance between creamy texture and fresh acidity, offering flavours of lemon, pear, and a hint of toasted oak, finishing clean, lifted, and elegant.

🇫🇷From Maranges, at the southern edge of Côte de Beaune, where the landscape gets steeper, the soils more varied, and the style a little more defined. It’s a younger appellation with a real sense of momentum, known for wines that combine freshness, structure, and a clear mineral edge shaped by its hillside sites and clay-limestone soils.
