🙌 Chablis every single day!!

🇫🇷Nestled in the heart of Chablis and run by siblings Béatrice, Benoît, and Olivier Philippon, this is a domaine where generations of family history meet genuine hospitality. From the vineyards of Mont de Milieu to Forchaume, every wine feels thoughtfully crafted and deeply connected to place.

🦪Today we’re enjoying two of their Premier Crus: Mont de Milieu 2023 and Forchaume 2022. Different expressions of Chablis, but both carrying that signature balance of freshness, minerality, and precision that keeps us coming back.

🇮🇹🍷Renzo Marinai Kàdar takes its name from the traditional Hungarian oak barrels used for aging the wine, a nod to old-world winemaking and the estate’s deep respect for tradition. Built entirely from native Tuscan varieties including Foglia Tonda, Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo, Colorino, Mammolo, and Pugnitello, the wine is a celebration of Tuscany’s lesser-known indigenous grapes and the character they bring together.

✨Dark cherry, wild herbs, cedar, to***co, and earthy spice unfold with fresh acidity and fine tannins, giving the wine both energy and depth. Rustic, savoury, and unmistakably Tuscan.

🤸It’s the freakin weekend and we’re pouring some delicious juice!!

Domaine Rougeot Passe-tout-grains “Les Vercherres” 2022 is drinking beautifully. We’ve chilled this one down just a touch and it’s absolutely singing.

Bright raspberry, crunchy cherry, a little wild strawberry situation happening, with that earthy, slightly stemmy lift that makes you keep going back for another sip!

This is the bottle for park hangs that accidentally turn into dinner, records on at home, or standing in the kitchen eating olives straight from the container.

☀️🍷The best light summer red - Famiglia Statella Etna Rosso, Italy, 2020 
🌋This Nerello Mascalese is a pure expression of Etna’s volcanic terroir, offering aromas of cherry, blood orange, smoke, oregano and roses. The palate is lively and refined, with fine tannins, bright acidity, and a savoury, mineral-driven finish.

🍇Winemaker Calogero Statella and his wife Rita are among the rising stars of Etna. After years of consulting for top producers, Calogero began his own project focused on crafting small-batch wines from the northern slopes of Mount Etna. The wines reflect a deep respect for the land, with a style that is elegant, precise, and expressive of place.

🍇Botanica might make some of the most beautiful wine labels out there, but thankfully what’s inside the bottle lives up to them too. 🌿

🇿🇦Thoughtfully made wines from South Africa with so much character and detail, both visually and in the glass. Bright fruit, texture, freshness and a real feeling of place.

Forever one of our all-time favourites 💛

The Domaine Regnard Hautes-Côtes-de-Beaune Blanc punches wildly above its price point, bringing serious depth, freshness, and texture to the glass every vintage.

Sourced from three clay and limestone plots in Sampigny-lès-Maranges and aged for 15 months, including time in old Chassagne-Montrachet barrels, this is white Burgundy with beautiful weight and energy. Ripe nectarine, grilled lemon, hints of toasted rice, and that layered complexity that keeps evolving with every sip.

A total knockout year after year. 🍋🥂

Calling all Riesling lovers 💛

🇮🇹Roeno Riesling Renano 2018 is one of those bottles that reminds you why Riesling has such a devoted following in the first place.

🍋Bright citrus, lime peel, green apple and white peach, layered with that beautiful petrol and mineral character that starts to develop with age. Still incredibly fresh, but with a little more depth and texture now that it’s had time in bottle.

Electric acidity, long finish, endlessly food friendly - the perfect bottle to share with a fellow wine lover on a warm evening 🥰
