As someone who creates content with a 9 to 5, putting my phone away isn’t always realistic.

That’s why I’ve been trying a unique, small device that blocks selected apps like Social media, messaging, shopping and more! It requires me to physically unlock them. That extra bit of friction has made me far more intentional with my time.

Less mindless scrolling and more focused work, creating and being present!

Focus isn’t always about discipline. Sometimes it’s about making distractions harder to reach.
