Garlic harvest has begun! ☆ ☆ ☆

This year I'm offering Green Garlic for sale because I simply don't have the space to dry & cure all that I grew this year.

Please note I have already started a waiting list as garlic is prepared after harvest for immediate pickup. First on list, first served, until all is sold.

What is green garlic, you ask?

Simply, it's garlic that is freshly pulled and quickly cleaned for sale without the stem. You can cook it, or hang it to dry for a couple of weeks to a month to cure. Curing basically lets the garlic flavour get stronger tasting.

Green garlic is $10/lb -- a good supply is available but cloves are small to medium size.

Cured Dried Garlic bundled by a dozen is $30 Limited supply this year - large in size.

Almost done picking garlic scapes. The great big garlic harvest happening toward the end of July. This year I will have fresh non-cured garlic ready to purchase immediately.

Garlic scapes are coming! Hand picked one-by-one grown in Tottenham Ont. Eat them fresh, bbq some, freeze some for winter, dehydrate some and turn it powder. Lots of nutrients. Want some this year? Dm me.
