Mongolian beef (minus the sesame seeds because I ran out) but this one barely made it to the table . Gone in 60 seconds ⏰ placed this on a bed of rice 🍚 and it was an instant hit. Something about that wok hei nothing compares 🙌

Lobster pasta 🦞

Now although this one was easy to cook , the prep work (specifically on the lobster wasn’t) either way delicious results 👌 and can be frozen and heated when needed (my favourite meals)

Fish and chips done two ways. Lightly battered and the second option was crispy. Although I preferred the light batter, the kids went bonkers over the crispy fried fish. Either way this mama bear was happy. Cheers all 🥂

This beautiful pork tomahawk sat and marinated for three days before she got to sizzle 😊. This beautiful piece made several different meals for all the pallets in the household . It was served with rice 🍚 and veggies 🥗 then the following day it was sliced and served on top of homemade poutine, andddd added on in stir fry for my picky eaters this badboy went a longgg way 😊 I love getting creative with leftovers transforming them into a whole new dish is the fun part. Infused herb butter boards… I’m also very excited for the season change so I can experiment with infused flower boards 😍😋🙌 I’ve seen how beautiful they look, but I’m willing to experiment and see if the taste matches up 😊 everyone xo

That ONE lobster 🦞 out of them all gave me a salute 🫡 on his way out …. 🥹He KNEW how delicious he was going to turn out 🥹😋😋 ( at least that’s the story I convinced myself 😅) made a lobster 🦞 and Shrimp 🍤 Mac and cheese bake 🥲🥹 did NOT disappoint AT ALLLL - I firstly SLOW poached the 🦞 in real butter 🧈, roasted garlic 🧄, and fresh thyme 🪴, then added in the shrimps 🍤 to the same treatment in that beautiful lobster garlic herb butter, then you know the rest … Used a rue for the Mac and cheese along with a blend of all the different cheeses I found in the fridge , baked her nicely broiled towards the end and … VOILA ! 👌 delicious 😋 I just love when this happens 💗😊ANDD this one can be sliced at room temp and frozen in portions and baked at a later time 😉🙌 😘

Most definitely saved myself a ton of time buying the crab 🦀 already processed but next time I’ll be going with a fresh crab and process it myself. These golden pucks were delicious AND they freeze great for those days when we just have no time . 🦀
