We have been very busy in 2017 testing different ingredients and spice combinations to bring you the highest quality product with the best possible taste and price. We are confident that you will love our small batch sausages as much as we do. Our family has always had a difficult time finding sausages that are okay for our daughter to eat, with her many food sensitivities and allergies. If it did
n’t have some type of filler in it, then it had too many preservatives and words that I have never heard of before. If we did find a brand that was good for us to eat, it was always far past our comfort of what we wanted to spend on sausages. It’s from this that we decided to make our own sausages, with quality ingredients that we could all pronounce, even our two year old son. We can guarantee that our sausages are packed with pork and spices – that’s it! No fillers and free from the top allergens of soy, gluten, eggs, and dairy. Our family loves sausages, and most of all our kids. They could eat sausages three meals a day, day after day. So I am happy to say that all our sausages, with the exception of our spicy options, are kid approved. All of our ingredients are sourced from places that we can get behind and feel confident and happy about feeding to our family. We use Ontario pork shoulder, which adheres to exceptionally high standards in the world of pig farming, as well as being hormone free. We use only organic spices and Himalayan pink salt, for the health benefits and trace mineral content. Not only is it important to us the quality of ingredients we use, but it is equally important to be able to offer our sausages at an affordable price to our customers.
