I’m about to spill the tea ☺️

There’s a new gin in town, and it’s infused with Earl Grey tea. So if you’re a gin lover and a tea drinker, this is for you.

Expect notes of Earl Grey tea, bergamot, juniper, lemon and orange zest, with a hint of cinnamon and pepper on the finish.

And if you’re looking for something even easier to sip, the ready-to-drink Gin & Iced Tea cans are available too. I call that portion control 😉

We know is best known for Verdejo, yet it’s not every day you come across a blend that brings together Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viura and Viognier in one bottle.

Cluster Flock by .wine was recently released at the LCBO, and I think it’s a pretty cool white blend. You’ll find a flock of flavours 😉 including grapefruit, lime, white peach, melon, green apple, pear and apricot, along with notes of white flowers and fresh herbs. Pleasantly aromatic, refreshing and vibrant.

With World Tapas Day coming up on June 18, this would pair nicely with a variety of Spanish-inspired small plates 🇪🇸🥘🦐🫓

Dipped into my “cellar” and opened Tolaini’s 2012 Al Passo for tonight. It’s a blend of equal parts of Sangiovese, Merlot and CabSauv.

Expecting 😉 notes of dried cherry, leather, cedar and to***co, after 14 years in bottle.

Wine patience is a virtue.

Arabica Amarena Old Fashioned

A rich-flavoured spin of the classic Old Fashioned

Ingredients:
🥃 one ice cube
🥃 1.5 oz of the Macallan Harmony Collection, Inspired by Intense Arabica - notes of espresso, dark chocolate, tiramisu
