I wish I could say that I enjoyed this stick, but I didn’t.
Maybe it was the Dewar’s 15 🤷🏻‍♀️
Maybe better with a pour of Pappy 🤷🏻‍♀️
Maybe best that Buffalo Trace sticks to bourbon 🤷🏻‍♀️

If you haven’t noticed, I’ve been in Poland since June (with a hop over to Italy and Switzerland).

And soooo…

Of course I HAD to make penne alla vodka.
&
Of course I used Luksusowa - a well known potato vodka, since 1928. And if you don’t know Polish potatoes, you don’t know potatoes.

🍇 A fresh, bright and fruit-forward Bardolino, with ripe red cherry, wild strawberry, floral, black pepper and a subtle balsamic note. Fresh acidity, gentle tannins and a savoury finish. Made by Cantina Benazzoli | Wine tasting | Valpolicella & Lake Garda sisters.

🍝 Homemade pomodoro made with cherry tomatoes and a few San Marzano, all straight from the garden, EVOO, garlic, and basil, tossed with spaghetti then topped with Pecorino Romano. Made by me.
