Quick and Easy Mushroom Alfredo Pizza ✨🍄

Recipe straight from NONA's Cookbook:
• Preheat oven to 450°F
• Stretch pizza dough into a cast iron skillet or onto a baking sheet, or prepare your pre-made pizza crust
• Spread a layer of NONA Alfredo-style sauce
• Top with sautéed mushrooms, roasted garlic and caramelized onions
• Add a few extra dollops of Alfredo sauce and a drizzle of olive oil
• Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden
• Finish with fresh basil or your favourite herbs

Best served hot with extra sauce on the side 🤍

Pizza Alfredo aux champignons rapide et facile ✨🍄

Recette tirée tout droit du livre de cuisine de NONA :
• Préchauffez le four à 450 °F.
• Étalez la pâte à pizza dans une poêle en fonte ou sur une plaque à pâtisserie, ou préparez votre croûte à pizza prête à l'emploi.
• Étalez une couche de sauce type Alfredo NONA.
• Garnir de champignons sautés, d'ail rôti et d'oignons caramélisés.
• Ajoutez quelques cuillerées supplémentaires de sauce Alfredo et un filet d'huile d'olive.
• Cuire au four 15 à 20 minutes, jusqu'à ce que la pizza soit dorée.
• Terminez avec du basilic frais ou vos herbes préférées.
