Hi friends, I’m Sam! 👋 I make easy vegan recipes that actually taste GOOD. No weird food. No perfection required. Just really delicious vegan food. 💚

🍠 Sweet potato… in brownies?! Trust me on this one. 😍 I first made these because I had some leftover roasted sweet potato in the fridge, and now I purposely roast extra just so I can make them!

They’re rich, ridiculously fudgy, loaded with melty chocolate chips, and you’d NEVER guess there’s sweet potato hiding in there. 🍫 Seriously, you have to try these!

🎃 I LOVE making this Pumpkin Baked Oatmeal when fall rolls around! It’s warm, perfectly spiced, and couldn’t be easier to make. Just mix everything in one bowl, pour it into a baking dish, and pop it in the oven. 🍂
I usually make a batch on Sunday so breakfast is ready for the week (although a warm slice straight from the oven is a must). And that optional cream cheese glaze? It gives the whole thing major pumpkin cinnamon roll vibes. 😍

🥥 Just 2 ingredients and a little patience = sweet, creamy magic! ✨ This homemade vegan sweetened condensed milk is ridiculously easy to make and SO handy to have around.

Just simmer coconut milk and sugar until thick and glossy, then pop it in the fridge to chill. That’s it! Use it 1:1 in pies, bars, fudge, ice cream, coffee, or anywhere you’d normally use sweetened condensed milk. 😍

🍛 This is one of those dinners I could happily eat again and again! Creamy coconut curry, tender veggies, tofu, and loads of flavour, all without a ton of work. ❤️

I use store-bought red curry paste to keep things easy, then serve it over a big pile of fluffy rice. Perfect for a busy weeknight when you want something REALLY good without spending forever in the kitchen. 😋

🥔 Loaded baked potato… but make it SOUP! 😍 This Creamy Vegan Potato Soup is thick, cozy, ridiculously creamy, and packed with tender potatoes in every spoonful.

It’s an easy one-pot recipe, and the best part is loading it up with all the toppings: vegan bacon, cheese, sour cream, green onions, crispy onions… the more the better! 🥣✨

🌮 A good dollop of sour cream makes everything better! This easy vegan sour cream is thick, ridiculously creamy, perfectly tangy, and made with just 5 simple ingredients. 🙌

The secret? Cashews blended until silky smooth with lemon juice AND apple c***r vinegar for that classic sour cream tang. I pile it onto chili, tacos, baked potatoes… basically anything that needs a creamy finishing touch. 😍🥔
