Ipinanganak at lumaki ako sa Pilipinas. Nagtapos ako ng Midwifery at Bachelor of Science in Nursing sa Manila Central University, Philippines. Kumuha ako ng ilang kurso sa George Brown College, Toronto, Canada, at miyembro ako ng CARE para sa mga internasyonal na edukadong nars sa Toronto, Canada. Nagtrabaho ako bilang Registered Nurse sa Pilipinas sa loob ng 5 taon sa magkaibang season ng buhay k

o, isang taon sa Manila at 4 na taon sa SBMA (dating U.S Naval Base sa Subic-Olongapo City)

Nagtrabaho ako bilang Registered Nurse sa tatlong magkaibang Middle East. Mga Bansa, K.S.A, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, kabuuang 10 taon. Isa akong Critical Nurse sa loob ng 7 taon bago ako lumipat sa Canada. Sa pamilya, mahilig kami sa pagkain at inumin. Akala ko lahat ng nakakain at inumin ay mabuti para sa ating katawan. Maaari tayong kumain at uminom ng kahit anong gusto natin at kahit kailan natin ito gustong kunin. Dahil sa ganitong pamumuhay, karamihan sa aking mga kamag-anak ay may gamot, at ang aking mga magulang ay umalis nang maaga sa mundo. Noong 2018, may nangyari sa akin na hindi ako makalakad at makapagtrabaho. at pumunta sa ER. Mula doon nagbago ang aking pag-iisip tungkol sa - relasyon sa pagitan ng ating Katawan at pagkain at inumin at ang aming paraan ng pamumuhay. Kaya, gusto kong ibahagi sa inyo ang magandang paglalakbay, proseso ng pagpapagaling na nararanasan ko sa simula pa lang. Gusto ko ang kasabihan ni Dr. Steven Gundry na "ang ating katawan ay parang tahanan ng iba't ibang mga bug/bakterya" na nabubuhay na magkakasama, dahil sila ang nagpoproseso ng pagkain sa tulong ng organ ng katawan Kung tama ang dami ng MABUTING pagkain at inumin, at pinoproseso sa tamang oras ng iba't ibang uri ng magagandang bug/bakterya'y magkakaroon ng magandang resulta na hindi mo aakalain na ang katawan ay pinakamabisang sandata sa anumang trahedya, ngunit kailangang ingatan ito, lalo pat lisa lamani ito.

I am born and raised in the Philippines. I graduated Midwifery and Bachelor of Science in Nursing in Manila Central University, Philippines. I took some courses in George Brown College, Toronto, Canada, and I am a member of CARE for internationally educated nurses in Toronto, Canada. I worked as a Registered Nurse in the Philippines for 5 years in different season of my life, a year in Manila and 4 years in SBMA (former U.S Naval Base in Subic-Olongapo City)

I worked as a Registered Nurse in three different Middle East Countries, K.S.A, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, total of 10 years. I was a Critical Nurse for 7 years before I migrated to Canada. In the family, we love food and drinks. I thought all edible food and drinks are good for our body. We can eat and drink whatever we want and whenever we wanted to take it. Because of this lifestyle, most of my folks are medicated, and my parents left earth early. In 2018, something happened to me that I couldn't walk and work. and went to ER. From there, instead of curing with meds, I changed my mindset with regards to - relationship between our Body, food and drinks, and other things in life. I discovered through research and listening talks/lectures of medical scientist that our Body is designed to depend and sustain us at optimal way. It will show signs to alert us, that there's something is going on - in our only one Body. I turn around to a 180 degree, and understand that I have to support and care my only ONE BODY that affects my mental status, emotions, behaviour, relation to others and more. So, I want to share with you the beautiful journey, healing process that I am experiencing right from the start I changed my mindset that I have to LIVE GOOD. I love the saying of Dr. Steven Gundry that "our body is like a home of different bugs/bacterias that live with it, as they're the ones processing the food with the help of body organ

If right amount of GOOD food and drink is process at the right time by different types of good bugs/bacterias there will be a good result imaginable. Our body is an excellent defence for any health issue, that why we all need to care our only ONE BODY.
