Happy Thanksgiving, Canada! I'm sure there are many of you working on meals for today, tomorrow or even Monday. Some things are best prepped or cooked the day before, especially when oven space is limited. Today we are cooking the stuffing for the turkey and the ham for our second meat. This one is resting now. Glazed with a mix of our maple mustard, sweet pickles juice and mild mannered jerk.

Well, that's it for pepper season in southern Ontario.  All picked and ready for processing.

Nice peppers ! Tiss the season! Yesterday's job was processing some beauty jalapeños and chilies for this mixed pickled pepper party. Clearwater farm's had some extra and I was happy to help them out.
