I am here to help! I offer one on one consultation and hands on cooking classes. I work with your existing recipes, lifestyle, likes and dislikes, to naturally create a more balanced Nutritious & Delicious home.

Our Story

I have been on a fun and adventurous food and health journey over the past 10 years that has led me to create Nutritious & Delicious. It is with great joy and true belief in the ND philosophy that I offer you these services. Boutique Bakeshop: I offer specialty baked goods that are 100% whole grain, low fat, low sugar and preservative free. All my products are Parve, all Badatz Ingredients and baked fresh per order. Who says you can’t have your cake and eat it too. ND Gift Baskets: Looking for a special gift – look no further! ND can make up a basket to suite your needs and budget. Our specialty is gifts made with ND baked goods. Workshops: One of my passions is to teach what Nutritious & Delicious is all about. I am so happy to be offering workshops that will do just that. Workshops range from kitchen basics to specialty workshops like working with yeast dough’s or a how to “white out” your kitchen. Find a few friends and tell me what you want to learn. It will be my pleasure to custom create a workshop or class to suite your needs. Workshops can start from age 12!
